摘要

Abstract

In order to build a new power system with new energy as the main component,and achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,it is particularly critical to accelerate the development of pumped-storage power stations in the western region of China where the wind and solar energy resources are richer.In view of the high elevation in western China,the influence of elevation on the selection of mechanical and electrical equipments must be considered in the construction of pumped-storage power stations.By statistical analyzing the hydraulic parameters of pump-turbines with rated head or minimum lift range from 300-750 m,the current design level of generator-motor's insulation and anti-corona,and the external insulation and short-circuit current tolerance of generator-motor voltage switch are evaluated.Based on comprehensive consideration of hydraulic mechanical parameter matching,hydraulic model development,and generator-motor insulation,anti-corona and ventilation design,and the selection of auxiliary electrical equipments,the suggestions of rated capacity,rated speed,and rated voltage of generator-motor for large-scale pumped-storage stations in high altitude areas are put forward.
