Abstract

The traditional shuffled frog-leaping algorithm(SFLA)suffers from the loss of population diversity and a tendency to get stuck in local optima.In order to address these issues,an improved multi-objective shuffled frog-leaping algorithm(IMOSFLA)is proposed,and this algorithm is applied to solve the multi-objective optimization scheduling model for the Guxian Reservoir,with the objectives of maximizing power generation,maximizing water supply satisfaction,and maximizing ecological flow satisfaction.Through the obtained non-inferior scheduling solutions,the interrelationships and scheduling results of the various objectives under different typical annual water conditions for the reservoir are explored.The analysis of the typical scheduling process for different decision preferences indicates that the scheduling solutions obtained by the IMOSFLA algorithm achieve a balance and optimization among the various objectives based on the reservoir's water conditions and the emphasis on specific objectives,that ensures the coordinated optimization benefits of multi-objective reservoir scheduling and demonstrates the scientific and practical applicability of the algorithm.
