TOPCon太阳电池的UV辐照衰减特性及抗UV辐照方式研究

Abstract
This paper studies the electrical performance attenuation characteristics of TOPCon solar cells under different UV irradiation conditions,and analyzes ways to improve the resistance of such solar cells to UV irradiation.The research results show that:1)When the total amount of UV irradiation reaches 30 kWh/m2,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of TOPCon solar cell only decays by about 0.2%without PV coated glass on the back of the solar cell.Under the same total amount of UV irradiation,when the front of the solar cell is not covered with PV coated glass,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of this kind of solar cells decreases by 5.4%~8.3%.It show that there may be differences in the attenuation mechanism between the front and back of solar cells,and UV irradiation attenuation tends to have a greater impact on the front of solar cells.This may be due to the different passivation methods used on the front and back of solar cells,which makes the front more susceptible to UV radiation attenuation.2)When the thickness of the AlOx layer remains constant and the total amount of UV irradiation is 50 kWh/m2,as the refractive index of the SiNx layer increases from 2.00 to 2.20,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of TOPCon solar cells decreases from 4.03%to 1.22%.This is because as the refractive index of the SiNx layer increases,the stability of short-circuit current,open circuit voltage,and fill factor is improved,thereby achieving low photoelectric conversion efficiency attenuation.3)When the refractive index of the SiNx layer remains constant at 2.20 and the total amount of UV irradiation is 50 kWh/m2,as the thickness of the AlOx layer increases from 3.0 nm to 4.8 nm,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of TOPCon solar cells decreases from 0.59%to 0.10%.This indicates that increasing the thickness of the AlOx layer can also effectively improve the UV irradiation resistance of solar cells.4)The combination of increasing the refractive index of SiNx layer and increasing the thickness of AlOx layer has a significant effect on improving the UV irradiation resistance of TOPCon solar cells.关键词
