Abstract
As one of the most important components of the gearbox,health status of the high-speed shaft gear not only has a significant impact on the safe operation and maintenance of the wind turbine,but also has a direct impact on the power generation capacity of the wind turbine.This paper is based on a large number of high-frequency vibration signals of wind turbine gearboxes collected by the state monitoring system(CMS)of wind turbines in a wind farm in Gansu Province.A model that can monitor the health status of high-speed shaft gears in wind turbine gearboxes is constructed using digital signal processing(DSP)methods and LightGBM algorithm.The signal is simple amplified using the fast Fourier transform(FFT)method in DSP methods.Simultaneously constructing features from both time and frequency domains,filtering and removing redundant features,a classification model for the health status monitoring of high-speed shaft gears in wind turbine gearboxes based on DSP-LightGBM algorithm is constructed.The actual high-frequency vibration signals of high-speed shaft gears in wind turbine gearboxes collected by CMS are used to verify the effectiveness of the model.The verification results show that the constructed model has good prediction performance and can efficiently detect the high-speed shaft gear state of the wind turbine gearbox.关键词
