水光互补一体化管控平台的设计研究
DESIGN AND RESEARCH ON WATER-PV COMPLEMENTARY INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

Abstract
In order to realize the coordinated optimal operation of cascade hydropower stations and PV power stations,improve the utilization efficiency of renewable energy sources such as hydropower and PV and the economy of system coordination,this paper first summarizes the current development status of the water-PV complementary integrated management platform,analyzes the characteristics of solar energy resources and river water resources in Xinjiang Uygur Antonomous Region(hereinafter referred to as"Xinjiang Region"),and obtains the characteristics of PV output and hydropower output in a certain basin in Xinjiang Region,and points out the shortcomings of the existing PV power stations and hydropower stations.On this basis,the medium-and long-term water-PV complementary control strategy,short-term water-PV complementary control strategy and real-time water-PV complementary control strategy of a production operation management and control platform and a water-PV complementary scheduling platform is designed,and the functions and implementation methods of the platform are introduced in detail.关键词
