Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy and hysteroscopic transcervical resection of myoma in the treatment of uterine submucosal myoma.Methods A total of 120 patients with uterine submucosal myoma admitted to the Qingdao Jimo District the Second People's Hospital from October 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy,and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic transcervical resection of myoma.The operation related indicators,quality of life,complications,and ovarian function were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative exhaust time,ambulation time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were(45.85±4.39)min,(12.18±1.34)h,(7.79±1.12)h,and(3.58±0.41)d,respectively,which were shorter than those in the control group of(50.49±5.17)min,(17.86±1.45)h,(15.36±1.37)h,and(5.05±0.87)d(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ovarian function between the two groups before and after operation(P>0.05).The scores of physiological,psychological,social,and environmental dimensions in the observation group were(88.41±5.24)points,(87.65±5.31)points,(86.98±5.25)points and(89.54±5.22)points,which were higher than those in the control group of(81.09±5.17)points,(80.47±5.25)points,(80.32±5.17)points,(82.86±5.19)points(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic transcervical resection of myoma is more effective in the application of uterine submucosal myoma,which can improve the operation related indicators and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
