摘要
Abstract
Uterine subserosal serous papillary cystadenoma is rare.Although most of it is benign,there is a risk of progressing to serous cystadenocarcinoma.The diagnosis of this disease is based on the location of the lesion and the results of auxiliary examination,but it is easily confused with ovarian tumors and uterine fibroids with cystic change.This article reports the diagnosis and treatment of a case of giant serous papillary cystadenoma on the uterine surface,in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking of doctors,reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of rare diseases.关键词
