Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of breast milk oral smear combined with oral rehabilitation exercise on growth and development of premature infants.Methods A total of 86 premature infants admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine care for premature infants,and the observation group received routine care for premature infants+breast milk oral smear+oral rehabilitation exercise.The body weight,head circumference,body length,motor development,feeding condition,and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the weight,head circumference,body length,and motor development of preterm infants in the observation group were better,and the length of hospital stay,the time of initiation and complete oral feeding were shorter,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast milk oral smear combined with oral rehabilitation exercise is beneficial to the growth and early motor development of premature infants,and can shorten the time of beginning oral feeding,complete oral feeding and hospital stay of premature infants.关键词
