Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of laryngeal mask general anesthesia in pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy(FB)examination.Methods A total of 400 children who underwent FB examination in Zhuhai Center for Maternal and Child Health Care from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was given intravenous general anesthesia,and the observation group was given laryngeal mask general anesthesia.The hemodynamic indexes before(T0),5 minutes(T1),10 minutes(T2),and 15 minutes(T3)after examination and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),and blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)at T0 between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with T0,the HR and MAP at T1,T2,and T3 in the control group were increased(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in HR and MAP at T0,T1,T2,and T3 in the observation group(P>0.05).The HR and MAP at T1,T2,and T3 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with T0,the SpO2 level at T1,T2,and T3 in the control group was decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SpO2 at T0,T1,T2,and T3 in the observation group(P>0.05).The SpO2 level of T1,T2,and T3 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 13.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laryngeal mask general anesthesia in pediatric FB examination can effectively maintain hemodynamic stability with few adverse reaction,which is worth popularizing.关键词
