摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xiaoyong Sanjie Decoction,packet,and acupunture combined with ultrasound-guided puncture irrigation in non-puerperal mastitis(NPM).Methods A total of 40 patients with NPM admitted to Xiantao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by randomized numerical table method.The control group(n=20)was treated with ultrasound-guided puncture irrigation,and the observation group(n=20)was treated with Xiaoyong Sanjie Decoction,packet,and acupunture+ultrasound-guided puncture irrigation.The therapeutic efficacy,symptom resolution time,symptom score,and inflammatory factors were compared.Results Comparing the therapeutic effect of the two groups,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The resolution time of symptoms(breast redness,breast pain,pus)in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no differences in the symptom scores(redness,swelling,heat,pain)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no differences in the levels of inflammatory factors(C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,interleukin-1β,and tumor necrosis factor-α)before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Xiaoyong Sanjie Decoction,packet and acupunture combined with ultrasound-guided puncture irrigation in the treatment of NPM is remarkable,which can improve the symptoms of breast redness,swelling,heat and pain of patients,reduce the inflammatory response,shorten the time of symptom resolution,and is feasible to popularize.关键词
