Abstract
In the process of additive manufacturing of complex structures,deformation control is a key technology.The cost and efficiency of trial and error and post correction methods are high,so simulation based deformation control technology is receiving more and more attention from engineers.This article analyzes the deformation problem during the SLM forming process of complex lightweight structural components using a process simulation method based on the inherent strain method.Based on the analysis results,secondary process optimization is carried out on the structural components to manufacture complex lightweight structural components,and static and dynamic verification tests are organized.Through the manufacturing and verification of structural components,this method can effectively achieve deformation control during the additive manufacturing process of complex structural components.关键词
