Abstract
The main drive rectifier unit of the rolling mill is prone to faults,so the ABB rectifier needs to be modified.Analyze the feasibility of MD880 active rectification replacing ABB active rectification.This article introduces the system renovation plan,MD880 hardware configuration,and provides a detailed explanation of the parameter configuration settings in the software configuration.Through Profibus DP communication,the control of the rolling mill main control TCS system and MD880 active rectification is achieved,replacing ACS800 active rectification.Currently,the system operates stably and reliably.关键词
