Effect of Qingkailing Injection in the adjuvant treatment of children with sepsis of toxic heat syndrome and its influence on inflammatory factors and myocardial damage
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Qingkailing Injection in the adjuvant treatment of children with sepsis of toxic heat syndrome and its influence on inflammatory factors and myocardial damage.Methods A total of 60 children with sepsis of toxic heat syndrome admitted to Shuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to July 2023 were selected for the retrospective analysis.All the children were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to different treatment protocols.The control group was given conventional comprehensive treatment,and the observation group was treated with Qingkailing Injection on the basis of the control group.The severity of disease,inflammatory factor levels,myocardial damage marker levels,and coagulation function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the pediatric critical illness score of the observation group was higher,quick sequential organ failure assessment and acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ scores were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,and interleukin-6 were lower in the observation group,and the level of interleukin-10 was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of N terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide,high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T,and creatine kinase-MB in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the fibrinogen and D-dimer levels in the observation group were lower and the antithrombin Ⅲ level was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingkailing Injection for the treatment of children with sepsis of toxic heat syndrome can effectively improve the condition of children,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and the degree of myocardial damage,and improve coagulation function,which can be used for reference in clinical practice.关键词
