Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Nifedipine combined with Phentolamine in the treatment of gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with gestational hypertension admitted to Heda Affiliated Hospital of Bayannur City from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.All the pregnant women were divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases)using the random number table method.The observation group received a combination therapy(Nifedipine+Phentolamine),while the control group was treated with Nifedipine.The blood pressure levels,hemorheology levels,vascular endothelial functions,and incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,and hematocrit levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the nitric oxide level was higher and the endothelin-1 level was lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Nifedipine and Phentolamine for the treatment of gestational hypertension can alleviate symptoms by improving blood pressure,reducing cardiac load,and regulating blood circulation,which is an effective treatment plan.关键词
