摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of MRI and CT in identifying the SIOP staging of pediatric nephroblastoma.Methods A study was conducted on 40 pediatric patients with nephroblastoma who underwent SIOP staging diagnosis in the Radiology Diagnostics Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Medical University from January 2023 to April 2024.All pediatric patients underwent MRI and CT examinations,and the differential results(SIOP staging)of the two examination methods were analyzed,and the detection rates of the two examination methods were compared.Results The detection rates of CT stagesⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,and Ⅴ were 80.00％,83.33％,75.00％,100.00％,and 100.00％,respectively.The detection rates of MRI stagesⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,and Ⅴ were 93.33％,100.00％,100.00％,100.00％,and 100.00％,respectively.The total detection rate of the two diagnostic methods showed a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with nephroblastoma,both MRI and CT examination can effectively determine their SIOP staging,but the MRI technology is better.关键词
