Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of operating room cooperation path in hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy in Lingcheng District People's Hospital,Dezhou City from December 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The conventional group adopted routine nursing,and the experimental group used the operating room cooperation path.The cognitive condition,length of hospital stay,nursing satisfaction,and emotional state of the two groups were compared.Results The cognitive condition of experimental group was better than that of conventional group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of conventional group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale after nursing in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of operating room cooperation path in hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy can improve patients'nursing satisfaction,help to improve patients'cognitive and emotional status,shorten the length of hospital stay,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
