Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of individualized nursing in the nursing of premature infants in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods Sixty premature infants admitted to NICU from August 2022 to February 2023 in Binzhou Medical University Hospital were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received individualized nursing.The growth and development indexes of the two groups were compared.Results At 1 and 3 months after nursing,the weight and body length in the two groups were better than those at birth,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mental development index and psychomotor development index of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The scores of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment in the second and third assessments in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing for NICU preterm infants can promote physical and mental development and improve neurological function,which is worth popularizing.关键词
