摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of solution-focused nursing model in the nursing of primiparas with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 120 primiparas with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(60 cases,solution-focused nursing model)and control group(60 cases,traditional nursing model).The negative emotions,quality of life score and total satisfaction rate of nursing in the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in negative emotion scores and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,both groups had lower negative emotion scores and higher quality of life score,and the observation group had lower negative emotion scores than the control group,but higher quality of life score than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of solution-focused nursing model in the nursing of primiparas with postpartum hemorrhage is good,which can improve the quality of life of primiparas,alleviate negative emotions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
