Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of standardized nursing based on risk early warning assessment on neurological function,nutritional status,and postoperative complications in female patients undergoing thrombectomy for acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 92 female patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Lingcheng District People's Hospital of Dezhou City from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects.All the patients were treated with mechanical thrombectomy and divided into the group A and the group B using the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The neurological function,nutritional status,and incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the National Institute of Health stroke scale score of the group B was lower than that of the group A(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of hemoglobin and albumin in the group B were higher than those in the group A(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the group B was lower than that in the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing based on risk early warning assessment for female patients with acute cerebral infarction can reduce their neurological damage,improve nutritional level,and reduce the risk of complications.关键词
