Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing in aerosol inhalation treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods From January to December 2022,a total of 48 children with pneumonia admitted to Ligezhuang Town Central Health Center of Jiaozhou City were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group(24 cases)received basic nursing intervention,and the observation group(24 cases)received cluster nursing intervention.The disease response related indicators,lung function,treatment compliance,incidence of adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the temperature and respiratory rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second,and peak expiratory flow in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing in aerosol inhalation treatment of pediatric pneumonia can improve disease response related indicators,lung function,treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the adverse reactions.关键词
