Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of refined nursing in pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 children with pneumonia admitted to Qingdao University Affiliated Taian Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)according to the nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received refined nursing on the basis of control group.The lung function,compliance,and family satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),and FEV1/FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total family satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of refined nursing for pediatric pneumonia is significant,which can improve the compliance of children and lung function,and promote disease recovery.It is worth learning.关键词
