Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of narrative nursing combined with mindfulness intervention in female breast ultrasound contrast examination nursing.Methods A total of 82 female who underwent breast ultrasound contrast examination in Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received narrative nursing combined with mindfulness intervention based on the control group.The cooperation degree of examination,negative emotions,physiological indicators,and comfort were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher total cooperation degree of examination compared with the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale,lower diastolic and systolic blood pressure,and higher scores of all dimensions of general comfort questionnaire(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative nursing combined with mindfulness intervention in female breast ultrasound contrast examination nursing can alleviate negative emotions and physiological stress reactions,and improve cooperation degree of examination and comfort.关键词
