Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of touch massage combined with developmental care in the nursing of neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods A total of 60 children with neonatal pathological jaundice admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Lianyungang Sheng'an Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group using the envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional neonatal intensive care unit nursing,while the observation group received touch massage combined with developmental care.The bilirubin indicators,developmental indicators,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,and indirect bilirubin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group had better body length,head circumference,and weight than the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of children with neonatal pathological jaundice,the application of touch massage combined with developmental care can promote the resolution of jaundice and the development of the body,improve nursing satisfaction,and can be promoted for use.关键词
