Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of precision nursing combined with evidence-based nursing in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 61 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Affiliated Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital of Nantong University from June 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into the control group(31 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received precision nursing,while the observation group received precision nursing combined with evidence-based nursing.The delivery outcomes,incidence of maternal and infant complications,and cognitive scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of fetal distress,postpartum haemorrhage,neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,cesarean section,and placental abruption in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the blood pressure control cognition,delivery cognition,attention cognition,delivery outcome cognition,and diet cognition scores of both groups were increased,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The precision nursing combined with evidence-based nursing has good application effect in the nursing of patients with gestational hypertension.关键词
