Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,a total of 70 patients with gestational hypertension admitted the Department of Obstetrics,Dongtai People's Hospital were selected as the observation objects and divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The blood pressure,negative emotions,delivery methods,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the negative emotion score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gestational hypertensive can reduce blood pressure,improve the negative mood of anxiety and depression,optimize the delivery outcomes,and patients have higher satisfaction.关键词
