Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of operating room comfort care combined with psychological and behavioral intervention on negative emotion and pain degree of primiparous women after cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 primiparous women with cesarean section admitted to Jiyang People's Hospital of Jinan from June to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Among them,the control group(n=40)used conventional care,and the observation group(n=40)used operating room comfort care combined with psychological and behavioral intervention on this basis.The negative emotions(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS]and self-rating depression scale[SDS]),the degree of pain(visual analogue scale[VAS]),and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 48 hours after operation,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of operating room comfort care combined with psychological and behavioral intervention for primiparous women undergoing cesarean section can effectively reduce their negative emotions and pain,and decrease the incidence of complications.关键词
