Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of position conversion nursing in nebulized inhalation of neonatal pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 cases of neonates with pneumonia admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the People's Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.Grouping was conducted using a lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received nebulized inhalation therapy,the control group received traditional neonatal care in the intensive care unit,while the observation group received position conversion nursing based on the control group's protocol.The disappearance time of symptoms,the total incidence of complications,and the laboratory indicators(procalcitonin,C-reactive protein,white blood cell count,neutrophil percentage)in the two groups were measured and compared.Results The disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of complications and laboratory indicators after intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The position conversion nursing can promote the resolution of symptoms in newborns with pneumonia undergoing nebulized inhalation,improve laboratory indicators,and reduce the occurrence of related complications,which is worth promoting.关键词
