Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in spinal anesthesia analgesia during delivery.Methods A total of 74 parturients admitted to the Hohhot First Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,37 cases in each group.Both groups received spinal anesthesia for pain relief during delivery,the control group received routine nursing,while the observation group took psychological nursing on the basis of control group.The scores of childbirth attitudes questionnaire and childbirth experience questionnaire,nursing satisfaction,and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction and compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,both groups showed a significant decrease in fear scores for pain injury,fetal health,hospital environment,and loss of control(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of professional support,self-ability,participation,and self-perception in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing has a better effect on parturients with spinal anesthesia analgesia.关键词
