Public Sentiment Risk Perception of Technology Black Swan Event from the Perspective of Stance-Emotion:A Case Study of ChatGPT Event

Abstract
Against the backdrop of frequent technology black swan events,effective intelligence from public sentiment is crucial for early warning,monitoring,and guiding technological public sentiment.This article applies large language models and pre-trained models to conduct stance analysis,emotion labeling,and topic mining on public sentiment data.Furthermore,by integrating social conflict theory,it provides an in-depth analysis of the potential risks of public sentiment triggered by technology black swan events from the perspectives of stance and emotion.The study finds that the public maintains a cautious attitude towards new technologies,with primary concerns focused on ethical and moral issues as well as employment pressure,which could lead to social unrest and exacerbate wealth disparity.Compared to general public sentiment,technological public sentiment has more prominent potential risks due to its professional nature,global characteristics,and profound impact on ethics and morality.关键词
