Research advances in eye movement disorders in Parkinson disease and related movement disorders
摘要
Abstract
Parkinson disease(PD)is the second largest neurodegenerative disease in middle-aged and elderly individuals and is characterized by the degeneration and loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra.It often has a long course and a high disability rate,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Due to the heterogeneity of the early clinical manifestations of PD and the insidious onset of PD,it is difficult to distinguish it from other movement disorders,leading to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Therefore,early screening and identification of PD is crucial for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Previous studies have shown that eye movement disorders may occur in the early stages of PD and related movement disorders.This article reviews the research advances in eye movement disorders in PD and related movement disorders.关键词
