基于SVM的馆藏文物保护塑料器具加工参数优化
Optimization Method for Machining Parameters of Plastic Containers for Cultural Relics Protection in Museums
摘要
Abstract
Plastic containers are becoming increasingly popular in the protection of cultural relics in museum collections due to their strong barrier ability and resistance to aging.However,plastic containers are prone to knife-sticking during machining.Aiming at the problem,a machining parameter optimization method in milling plastic containers based on SVM(Support Vector Machine)is proposed.After analyzing the factors affecting the knife-sticking,we used the principle of Grey correlation analysis to extract five key parameters as the input variables,and the knife-sticking results as the output variables.The classification and prediction model of SVM optimization parameters was established,which was verified by the actual machining parameters.The results show that the model can effectively predict the sticking results corresponding to different machining parameters,which provides a new method for optimizing the machining parameters of this type of products.关键词
