Key Influencing Factors of Fresh Agricultural Supply Chain Resilience Improvement Based on DEMATEL-ISM-MICMAC Method

摘要

Abstract

The supply chain with high toughness is the key to ensure the effective supply and value realization of fresh agricultural products.Based on the perspective of toughness,this paper constructs a model of key influencing factors for improving the toughness of fresh agricultural products supply chain,and analyzes the influencing factors by using DEMATEL-ISM-MICMAC(decision test and evaluation lab-Interpretive structure model-Cross influence matrix multiplication).The results show that the key factors for improving the toughness of fresh agricultural products supply chain can be divided into high driving factors and high correlation factors,which are safety culture,financial strength,organizational learning ability and human resource quality,fresh industry technical level,knowledge acquisition ability.Finally,this paper puts forward specific suggestions for improving the toughness of fresh agricultural supply chain according to these two key factors.
