Research progress on the effects of bedaquiline,delamanid and pretomanid on liver function in the treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis
摘要
Abstract
The treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB)faces many challenges.The anti-TB drugs bedaquiline,delamanid and pretomanid,which are drugs having new therapeutic targets in recent 50 years,show good therapeutic potential for MDR-TB.However,relevant studies have shown that they can affect liver function and cause drug-induced liver injury.The authors reviewed liver function injury caused by single drug or multidrug combination of bedaquiline,delamanid and pretomanid,and its related mechanisms and precautions,in order to provide evidence and reference for the clinical use of them in the treatment of MDR-TB.关键词
