Zero-voltage Dispersion Modulation Strategy for Switched Reluctance Motor

针对开关磁阻电机采用传统电压脉宽调制(pulse-width modulation,PWM)策略引起的电流波动及转矩脉动问题,提出一种零压分散调制策略,通过优化开关周期内零电压的插入时刻,在不增加器件开关频率和开关损耗的条件下,实现增加电流脉波数,减小电流纹波,降低电机转矩脉动的目的.并提出动态下的电流波动定义,对比分析零压调制策略与传统调制策略的电流波动与转矩脉动.搭建基于转矩分配函数的6/4极开关磁阻电机仿真模型及实验平台,验证方法的可行性,相比传统电压PWM策略,所提零压分散调制策略在不同负载和转速下对开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动都具有较好的抑制效果.

Aiming at the current fluctuation and torque ripple problem caused by traditional voltage pulse-width modulation(PWM)modulation strategy of switched reluctance motor,a zero-voltage dispersion modulation strategy is proposed.By optimizing the insertion time of zero voltage during the switching cycle,the current pulse number can be increased and current ripple and motor torque ripple can be reduced without increasing the switching frequency and switching loss of the device.The definition of current fluctuation under dynamic conditions is proposed,and the current fluctuation and torque fluctuation of zero-voltage modulation strategy and traditional modulation strategy are compared and analyzed.The simulation model and experimental platform of 6/4 pole switched reluctance motor based on torque distribution function are established to verify the feasibility of the method.Compared with the traditional voltage PWM modulation strategy,the zero-voltage distributed modulation strategy proposed in this paper has better suppression effect on the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor under different loads and speeds.
