成渝地区双城经济圈医疗资源配置与区域经济发展耦合协调及空间特征分析
Coupling coordination and spatial characteristics analysis of medical resource allocation and regional economic development in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

Abstract
Objective To explore the coupled and coordinated relationship between medical resource allo-cation and regional economic development in the twin-city economic circle of Chengdu-Chongqing region.Methods Entropy value method,coupling coordination degree model and spatial autocorrelation model were used to meas-ure the comprehensive level and coupling coordination degree of medical resource allocation and regional economic development in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,and ArcGIS software was used to analyze the spatial distri-bution and spatial correlation characteristics of the coupling coordination relationship.Results The level of medi-cal resource allocation and regional economic development varied among cities.The coupling between medical re-source allocation and regional economic development was at a barely coordinated level,and the spatial distribution of the coupling was in the form of a"double-core-circle".Conclusions It is necessary to enhance healthcare re-source allocation and regional economic development,to realize synergistic development of healthcare resource al-location and regional economy,and to reshape the spatial pattern of coupling and coordination of the twin-city eco-nomic circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region.关键词
