渝东北地区家庭医生签约服务质量评价体系的构建及信效度检验
Construction and reliability and validity testing of the quality evaluation system for contracted family doctor services in the northeastern region of Chongqing

Abstract
Objective To set evaluation indicators for the quality of contracted family doctor services,so as to provide reference for a comprehensive evaluation of the service quality.Methods With reference to the Service Quality(SERVQUAL)model,literature analysis and Delphi method were adopted to construct an original scale,which was used for a preliminary survey and the rationality of the original scale was evaluated based on the analysis results of the project.In the formal survey,the total samples were randomized into two equal groups and exploratory factor analysis(EFA)and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)were conducted to test the reliability and validity of the indicator system.Results Cronbach's α coefficients for expectation and perception in formal survey were 0.88 and 0.90,respectively,and the Spearman Brown coefficients were 0.71 and 0.82,respectively.The cumulative contribution rates of the five common factors extracted from Sample 1 were 54.18％and 55.27％;In sample 2,there was a positive correlation between dimensions and total scores,as well as between dimensions.The fitting indices of each model met the standard.The final evaluation system consisted of 5 primary indicators and 24 secondary indicators.Conclusions The constructed quality evaluation system for contracted family doctor services has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool for evaluating the service quality in the north-eastern region of Chongqing.关键词
