我国城乡居民健康体检服务利用及其影响因素的对比分析
A comparative analysis of utilization of health examination services and its influencing factors among urban and rural residents in China:based on Anderson model

Abstract
Objective To know about the differences in the current utilization of health checkup services between urban and rural residents in China,and to compare and analyze the influencing factors for the utilization of health checkup services in urban and rural areas.Methods Based on the resident survey data of China General Social Survey(CGSS)2021,the current utilization status of health checkup services of 2614 urban and rural resi-dents was statistically analyzed by using x2 test and multifactor logistic regression analysis.Results The utiliza-tion rate of health checkup services for Chinese population was 71.69％,with the rate for urban residents(80.77％)significantly higher than that for rural ones(65.65％).Urban residents with high education level and high perceived level of healthcare accessibility were more inclined to utilize health checkup services,and rural res-idents with younger age and lower education level were less likely to utilize health checkup services.Conclusions The utilization rate of health check-up services for urban residents is significantly higher than that for rural ones.It is necessary to achieve equity in the utilization of health checkup services between urban and rural areas by con-solidating health education,rationally allocating resources for health management services,and strengthening the accessibility of services.关键词
