Sustainable development capacity of residents'medical insurance funds in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Abstract
Objective To analyze and evaluate the sustainable development capacity of residents'medi-cal insurance funds in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Methods The Pressure-State-Response(PSR)model was used to evaluate the sustainable development capacity through longitudinal comparison and horizontal compari-son with other provinces.Results From 2018 to 2021,the sustainable development capacity was increasing,the pressure value and response value were decreasing,and the state value was increasing.Compared with other prov-inces,Inner Mongolia ranked 4th in the nation in terms of comprehensive evaluation value for sustainable develop-ment,8th in terms of pressure value and state value,and 22nd in response value.Conclusions The sustainable development capacity of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is relatively good.However,the usage effectiveness of medical insurance funds was unsatisfactory with insufficient guarantee.Therefore,Inner Mongolia should make ef-fective policy adjustments to residents'medical insurance,establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism for medical insurance financing and medical insurance treatment,and improve the supervision mechanism for medical insur-ance funds.关键词
