Abstract
This paper takes Tianjin as an example,combining the relevant policy requirements for DRG payment reform since its implementation in 2019,to analyze the current operating conditions of hospitals using the DRG system and the status quo of medical fund regulation,to examine the difficulties and challenges faced by hos-pital management,and based on relevant national medicare payment reform policies,to propose solutions for the construction of a medical fund regulatory system by health institutions.关键词
