我国养老服务高层次人才培养的分析与思考
Analysis and Reflection on the Cultivation of High-level Talents in China's Eldercare Service
摘要
Abstract
With the enlarged population aging,the demand for high-level talents in elderly care services is constantly increasing.Through analysis,it has been found that there is a lack of talent and an incomplete training system for cultivating high-level talent in elderly care services in China.Meanwhile,the cultivation faces challen-ges,such as low salaries and benefits,insufficient social respect,limited career development,and rigid traditional ideas.Based on this,this study proposes four strategies for cultivating high-level talents in elderly care services:firstly,to strengthen professional education and improve the training system;secondly,to enhance policy support and increase salaries and benefits;thirdly,to improve the evaluation mechanism and facilitate career development channels;fourthly,to strengthen publicity and guidance,and transform traditional ideas.关键词
