摘要
Abstract
As the reform and development of public hospitals continue to deepen,in order to activate high-quality growth,public hospitals are increasingly diversifying their human resource allocation.This includes a-dopting labor dispatch as a method to transform employment mechanisms and enhance operational efficiency.How-ever,the risks associated with the transformation of the labor employment system cannot be overlooked.This paper conducts a thorough analysis of the status quo of labor dispatch in public hospitals,explores potential risks for the labor dispatch system,and proposes corresponding prevention strategies,so as to provide reference for human re-source management in public hospitals.关键词
