韧性视域下公立医院门诊应对新发重大传染病防控策略探析
Resilience-based prevention and control strategies for outpatients in response to emerging major infectious diseases
摘要
Abstract
The prevalence of COVID-19 has exposed the inadequacy of prevention and control mechanism for the global major infectious diseases,which has a profound impact on hospitals.Hospitals should quickly adjust their response strategies and assume the responsibility of protecting public health.This paper draws on the preven-tion and control strategies of emerging major infectious diseases in foreign hospitals,in combination with the practi-cal management experience of outpatient treatment for COVID-19,and promotes the local exploration of outpatient resilience from the four stages of prevention,preparation,response and recovery by embedding the concept of resil-ience into the practice of outpatient treatment,promoting source control,"security network"for protection,and"Internet plus service"to achieve resilience resistance,emergency remodeling and psychological remodeling.关键词
