The"Newness"of Civilization Concept Within the New Form of Human Civilization and Its Public Implications

Abstract
From the perspective of Marxist civilization concept,the"newness"of the new form of human civilization lies primarily in the"newness"of the civilization concept,which encompasses the"new foundational characteristics"of socialist civilization with Chinese characteristics,the"new framework"of a holistic civilization concept featuring coordinated development of"five-sphere inte-grated plan",the"new essence"that transcends the Western model of modernization,and the"new value"of a civilization concept emphasizing a shared future for mankind.These four aspects of"ne-wness"in the civilization concept are interrelated and aligned with the public interest orientation of Marxism.It carries profound public implications,including a socialist civilization concept with an essential public orientation,a holistic and synergistic publicness implication in the"five-sphere inte-grated plan"coordinated development,a Chinese civilization concept that integrates the publicness of"subcategory"and"category"and a human civilization concept that embodies a universal"shared"publicness.Furthermore,this new civilization concept holds significant value in terms of publicness.It enriches and expands the publicness perspective of Marxist human civilization con-cept,offers a public Chinese solution for the modernization of countries worldwide,especially so-cialist nations,and guides a new public path for the development of human civilization.关键词
