城市社区空间治理的价值基准、复合困境与优化路径
Value Benchmark,Compound Dilemma and Optimization Path of Spatial Governance of Urban Community
摘要
Abstract
Urban community is the basic space for residents'life,and it is also an important context for spatial governance.With the acceleration of urbanization,the complexity of the urban communi-ty emerges.Therefore,the public space governance of urban community has become a vital issue.From the perspective of the fixed value,the spatial governance of urban community ought to follow values of fairness,democracy and sustainability.These values respectively refer to the resource dis-tribution and space utilization in urban renewal,deliberative governance in urban planning,long-term adaptability and livable and suitable for business in urban construction.However,in the real world,the spatial governance of urban community faces to difficulties in main body,space and insti-tution,including difficulty in actors'coordination,unbalance between function and demand,and tension between policy and implementation.These dilemmas have a negative impact on the value of the public space governance of urban community.Based on these dilemmas,the optimization of spa-tial governance of urban community ought to build the mechanism of collaborative governance,en-hance the space planning and design,improve the system of institution security.关键词
