Reconstruction of Village Governance Community:Consideration and Response to the Dissipation of Rural Traditional Community

Abstract
Rural grassroots governance is the basic link of the national governance system,and the difficulties and key points in realizing the modernization of national governance are concentrated here.From the perspective of governance community,the rural traditional community is declining,the meaning of the rural world is gradually retreating,and the"public spirit"of the village is gradu-ally weakening.The function of community aggregation is gradually weakened,and the village so-cial relations are loose.The interest association mechanism is gradually reduced,and the function of the main body is limited.In the face of the dissipative constraints of the rural traditional communi-ty,the construction of village governance community in the new era presents distinct characteristics such as integration,constructiveness and interaction,which profoundly reflects the change trajecto-ry of the rural social structure and points out the direction for exploring and innovating the mode of modern village governance.To reshape the village governance community towards Chinese moderni-zation,it is necessary to focus on the village front line,give full play to the power of political par-ties,take the party building as the guidance,take the excellent traditional Chinese culture as the foundation,and combine the strength of the family and the country.From the dimensions of inte-grated governance,overall governance and collective governance,we will accelerate the construction of a pattern of co-construction,co-governance and shared governance.关键词
