摘要
Abstract
In this study,different injection molding methods were adopted to prepare the test samples of polypropylene(PP)transparent material for the measurement of fog degree.The key factors affecting the fog degree of the transparent material,such as injection pressure,injection speed,melt temperature,and pressure holding pressure were investigated.The optimal process parameters for preparing the test samples for fog degree were determined to be an injection pressure of 55.52 MPa,an injection rate of 40 mm/s,a melt temperature of 200 ℃,a mold temperature of 40 ℃,and a holding pressure of 48.58 MPa.关键词
