Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of combination of Huaiqihuang granules and ceftriaxone sodium on T lymphocyte subsets and recurrence in children with persistent bacterial bronchitis(PBB).Methods A total of 108 children with PBB treated in Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium,and the observation group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium and Huaiqihuang granules.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the scores of cough,asthma,sputum and runny nose in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%,higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was 1.85%,which was lower than 14.81%of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the blood pH(pH),blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),maximum gas volume per minute(MVV)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huaiqihuang Granule and ceftriaxone sodium can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms and inflammatory response of PBB children,improve the immune function,blood gas status and lung function,and reduce the risk of disease recurrence.关键词
