Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of olanzapine on endocrine hormones, negative symptoms and adverse reactions in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 120 schizophrenic patients treated and treated in the Third People's Hospital of Maoming City from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=73)according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with ziprasidone, and the observation group was treated with olanzapine.Endocrine hormones, severity of schizophrenia symptoms, incidence of adverse reactions and clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in testosterone, free triiodothyronine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,testosterone,FT3 and FT4 in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in negative symptoms, positive symptoms, general psychotic symptoms scores and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of negative symptoms, positive symptoms, general psychotic symptoms and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(6.85%)was lower than that in control group(23.40%)(P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group(93.15%)was higher than that of control group(72.34%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia has significant clinical effects, which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and have little influence on endocrine hormones.关键词
