Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system combined with Yixue Sheng capsule in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis complicated with moderate anemia.Methods Sixty patients with uterine adenomyosis complicated with moderate anemia who were treated in the obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients were treated with intrauterine levonorgestrol intrauterine sustained release system combined with oral Yixue capsule.Menstrual volume,dysmenorrhea,mean hemoglobin value,endometrial changes and adverse reactions were observed before and after 1 and 2 months of medication.Results After 1 and 2 months of treatment,the menses of the patients were improved to varying degrees,and the improvement rate was 93.3%and 98.3%,respectively.After 1 and 2 months of treatment,the patients'dysmenorrhea was relieved to varying degrees,and the remission was more obvious after 2 months,with remission rates of 85.0%and 90.0%,respectively.The correction rates of anemia after 1 and 2 months were 96.7%and 100.0%,respectively.The incidence of endometrial thickness and irregular vaginal bleeding after 1 and 2 months of medication was significantly lower than that before medication,and the incidence of endometrial thickness and irregular vaginal bleeding after 2 months of medication was significantly lower than that after 1 month of medication,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system combined with Yixeshan capsule in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis complicated with moderate anemia can effectively improve the symptoms of anemia,relieve dysmenorrhea,reduce menstrual volume,and reduce endometrial thickness,with high safety.关键词
