Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ultrasonic debridement combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(RhEGF)on wound healing and anal function in patients with perianal abscess complicated with infection. Methods A total of 73 patients with perianal abscess combined with infection admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Nanning from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into observation group(n=36)and control group(n=37)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with RhEGF,and the observation group was treated with ultrasonic debridement combined with RhEGF.The rotting time, epithelial time, wound healing time, wound bacterial clearance rate,VAS score, percutaneous partial pressure of oxygen, wound blood flow, maximum sphincter systolic pressure, rectal resting pressure and anal canal resting pressure were compared between the two groups. Results The time of rotting flesh shedding, epithelial appearance and wound healing in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After 1,3 and 7 days of treatment, the wound bacterial clearance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in percutaneous partial pressure of oxygen and wound blood flow between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, percutaneous partial pressure of oxygen and wound blood flow in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the maximum sphincter systolic pressure, rectal resting pressure and anal canal resting pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the maximum sphincter systolic pressure and rectal resting pressure in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the resting pressure of anal canal between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic debridement combined with RhEGF is effective in the treatment of perianal abscess complicated with infection, which can effectively remove bacteria, promote wound healing and improve anal function.关键词
